Refund policy

Al-Assasi Chemicals

1. General Policy

Due to the hazardous and regulated nature of chemical products, Al-Assasi Chemicals maintains a strict no-refund and no-return policy under the conditions outlined below.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. No Refund Conditions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

If product seals have been broken
If product packaging has been opened or tampered with
If more than 24 hours have passed since confirmed delivery
If products have been improperly stored or handled
If products were purchased incorrectly by the customer
If regulatory documentation was misrepresented by the buyer

Due to safety, contamination risk, and legal compliance requirements, returned chemicals cannot be restocked or resold.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

Incorrect products
Damaged goods during shipping
Leaking or visibly compromised containers

You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to:

Request photographic evidence
Conduct an internal review
Coordinate inspection with the shipping provider

Approved claims may result in replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Once products are delivered and signed for:

Responsibility transfers fully to the customer
Customers are responsible for proper storage conditions
Customers must follow all Safety Data Sheet (SDS) instructions

We are not liable for degradation caused by improper storage conditions such as temperature, humidity, contamination, or exposure.

5. Hazardous Materials Disclaimer

All chemical products:

Must be handled by trained professionals
Must comply with local and international regulations
Must be stored in appropriate facilities

Alassasi Chemicals is not responsible for injuries, damages, or regulatory penalties resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unlawful application of products.

6. Force Majeure

Alassasi Chemicals is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Government restrictions
Transportation disruptions
Natural disasters
Regulatory changes
Supply chain interruptions

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential losses
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Environmental damages resulting from improper use
