1. Overview

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of all products sold by Al-Assasi Chemicals ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Due to the regulated nature of chemical products, shipping is handled with strict compliance to safety and legal standards.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple with flat rates:

- Egypt (nationwide): EGP 118 flat rate per order — no matter how many items you order.
- International: EGP 1,800 flat rate per order to supported countries.

Your exact shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you pay — no surprises and no additional charges afterwards.

In rare cases where an order requires specialized hazardous-material handling or oversized packaging, additional fees may apply; we will contact you for approval before dispatch, and you may cancel at no cost if you do not agree.

3. Payment Methods

All orders are prepaid online at checkout. We do not currently offer cash on delivery (COD).

4. Hazardous Materials Shipping

Certain products may qualify as hazardous materials under local or international regulations. In such cases:

- Specialized packaging may be required.
- Additional carrier fees may apply (confirmed with you before dispatch).

We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments if regulatory requirements are not satisfied.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after:

- Payment confirmation
- Compliance verification
