1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases, transactions, communications, and interactions with Alassasi Chemicals ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our services, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Alassasi Chemicals, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our products.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing from Alassasi Chemicals, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are legally authorized to purchase chemical products.

  • You possess any licenses, permits, or regulatory approvals required under applicable law.

  • You will comply with all local, national, and international regulations governing chemicals.

We reserve the right to request documentation verifying eligibility at any time.

3. Product Use & Restrictions

All products sold by Alassasi Chemicals:

  • Are intended strictly for lawful, industrial, laboratory, commercial, or approved professional use.

  • Must only be handled by trained and qualified personnel.

  • Must be used in accordance with applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

You agree NOT to:

  • Use products for illegal purposes.

  • Resell products without proper authorization or licensing.

  • Modify, repackage, relabel, or redistribute products unlawfully.

  • Export products in violation of export control laws.

4. Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

  • Proper storage, handling, transportation, and disposal.

  • Maintaining regulatory compliance.

  • Obtaining necessary permits.

  • Training personnel appropriately.

Alassasi Chemicals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if compliance concerns arise.

5. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Regulatory approval

  • Verification of documentation

  • Internal compliance review

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel suspicious or high-risk transactions

Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment until compliance verification is completed.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment may be required prior to shipment.

  • Taxes, duties, shipping, and regulatory fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and responsibility transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Alassasi Chemicals is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays beyond our control

  • Carrier-related damages (subject to 24-hour reporting requirement)

  • Improper storage after delivery

Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.

8. Refund & Return Policy

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, including:

  • No refunds if seals are broken

  • No refunds after 24 hours from confirmed delivery

  • No returns of hazardous materials

By purchasing, you agree to those terms.

9. Safety Disclaimer

Chemical products can be hazardous.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the risks associated with chemical handling.

  • You have reviewed the applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

  • You assume full responsibility for safe usage.

Alassasi Chemicals is not liable for injury, damage, contamination, regulatory penalties, or environmental harm caused by improper handling or misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, documents, product data, and materials provided by Alassasi Chemicals are the intellectual property of the Company.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Alassasi Chemicals shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Environmental damages

  • Regulatory penalties incurred by the customer

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alassasi Chemicals, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of products

  • Regulatory violations

  • Improper storage or transportation

  • Resale without authorization

  • Breach of these Terms

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Government restrictions

  • Regulatory changes

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Acts of war or civil unrest

14. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate service

  • Cancel pending orders

  • Refuse future transactions

If we suspect non-compliance, unlawful activity, or safety risks.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Alassasi Chemicals operates.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued transactions or use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
